Antiquated and unhelpful. I am awaiting a residence visa. I missed two calls from the Embassy, as I was in work meetings. They did not leave a message and when you them call back you get someone’s personal voicemail and cannot get through. If you use the main telephone number you get into an automated message loop and cannot speak to anyone, either. After this, I had no communication for 12 weeks and it was not clear how this would arrive- phone/ email/ post. I then got a call end of April, saying a letter they sent 1st Match, had been returned to them (odd as my banking and other post arrives with no issue; was it eve sent?) to say they want each page of a rental agreement and all my certificates translated (another £500) and due this delay (probably was what the phone call in February was about), they then emailed this letter whilst they were on the phone- why not do this last Februrary!! I will have had certificates apostilled and translated three times over, at large expense and cannot make any plans. One must be able to track their applications and call and speak to a helpful human. Ridiculous.

Muy mal administrado y poca informacion ,mientras en otros consulados si dan toda la ayuda necesaria ,deberian tener mas gente debido a que siempre esta lleno. Para ser el consulado de españa esta todo muy por el suelo
