Australian passport renewals are done here but I don't know why it's not all done remotely now. There's really no reason to call us into the embassy, but hey ho, It's a nice building with helpful staff.

You can’t visit here unless you’re invited or as part of an event. As an Australian actively involved in the many trade missions, I’m here regularly. It’s a special place.

It's impossible to book an appointment - I tried booking in September and they didn't even have space in January. When I tried to look at dates in February the page just loads continuously and never shows anything. I've tried on several browsers and computers and it's the same story. I did get through once and then each date and time I selected it said 'slot unavailable' even though it was showing as free. Absolute disgrace given the amount of money they charge.

Helpful and friendly passport officers. It's beyond their control how long the applications take to process (this is done in Canberra) but we know it's a long wait!

Had to come here to get an emergency passport. I called on a Monday and got an appointment the next day. The process has very quick and the staff have been friendly and informative. I have been told my passport will be ready to collect in just over 48 hours time. This has saved my trip back home to see my family!

Just went recently to get my boys Australian passports and the lady that helped us was so warm, helpful and professional. Also such a lovely welcoming gentleman on security at the front entrance. It was such a lovely experience thank you.

Fantastic service and support! Even over public holiday was assisted with 24 hour phone line. Given a next day appointment and had an emergency passport in my hands within 48 hours! All staff either in person or on phone were helpful and understanding and couldn’t have been nicer. So lovely to know that when you need help, support and advice even halfway around the world that they will assist and get you back home or any issues sorted out. Cannot thank them enough nor recommend reaching out to them in times of need!

Arrived at scheduled time for passport appointment for our 8m old daughter. After a quick and easy security check, we went in and sat down at a comfortable waiting room. Within 5 minutes our name was called. We were taken care of by a lovely attendant, J. He was very polite and extremely helpful & professional! Answered all our questions, gave us the best possible solutions and peace of mind. Took good care of us! We were very happy! Within 20 minutes we were out the door.

10/10 would issue passport here again.
