They never pick up the phone when called even during opening hours. They should really pay more attention to this since you're calling for important inquiries.

Never pick up phone !!! You leave a message and never get a call back either. How are people supposed to contact them? Specially if the matter is urgent. ?

Very helpful and cooperative. Even I missed out an document and needed a print out the lady at the desk helped me to do printout. I needed more information about the double entry and she thoroughly explained while I was there. Interesting we didn't have to pay for visa as well :)

Enjoyed several events in London. Always a warm and loving welcome. Always very helpful and polite.

Imagine if you were a Bolivian national (which I am) in trouble. I don't think they know what their job is.
