Pros:
People in the front line at the embassy are great! All are very helpful, polite and help you on your questions and queries!
The lady on the last counter was lovely and super helpful! Thank you if you are reading this!
Cons:
The earliest appointment for passport renewal was in 6 months! I think it’s unacceptable! Booked my appointment in July and earliest date was January! I think the Embassy could do this better.
Other tips:
If you are driving, there is street parking by the embassy which is very handy.
Lastly, I do love the license plate of the councillor’s car! BG1!

I’ve been here many times and so far I’m happy. Sometimes eating time is to long but they do what ever is best for them. The security guy with the white shirt hair is BEST. Very professional and helpful and handsome🫢. The one think I don’t like is the Bulgarian Citizens that only complain and act like they are so British, so successful, so obnoxious.

First of the security guard was really friendly and accommodating, the lovely lady at desk 1(blonde hair lady) I can’t remember her name was very helpful, professional and patient with me. Completely happy with the service

Hi, Today (30-09-2022) I have visited the embassy to collect my passport as I had received my email on 27th that my visa has been approved and my passport it’s ready to collect so I went 1:10pm to collect the security pointed hand to 1 counter i went and standing for 7 minutes and the lady said go to other counter and I went and standing for 10 minutes once the man ready I said I need to collect my passport but the men said go back the frist counter where you come from😫. Then I went back to the frist counter the lady pointed wait agin, I have been waiting there for 10 minutes. Then they asked me my id for collecting my passport. After that I was standing for almost 25 minutes wait and wait🤦‍♂️ but I seen some other people come after me they went and myself standing, no one was speaking proper English, and the sad think is the visa was already stamped on 23rd had no idea way they have to make me wait for 45 minutes 🤷‍♂️. Also the sad thing is I had missed my appointment for my British citizenship ceremony 😫. Am very sad that how unprofessional they were.it’s very disappointing how they had treated me. At list not in London some where 3rd work county I don’t Mind.

Our 4th trip today to the Bulgarian Embassy. Every time our appointments have been on time, the staff have been more than friendly, helpful and accommodating. I cannot find any faults at all. Thanks to all who work there.

The people are so approachable and patiently answers to your queries. Most importantly, the process was so quick !!! If you have all your documents ready with you it's gonna take hardly 10 minutes without any crowd.

Absolutely abysmal service, incompetence and utter chaos. They also messed up my passport renewal application and lied that BG returned it for "checks". They simply forgot to send the documents to BG. I was told by other people it happens a lot. It takes 2-3 months for new BG passport.

Very disappointing customer service via the phone. After waiting on the line for 20 minutes someone answered and the first thing thay said is 'wait', not a hello, nor a name.... I waited 5 minutes while they were serving another customer in person (I heard the whole conversation), not sure if that is in compliance with GDPR. Anyhow, they came on the phone again with the sentence 'tell me and better be quick as I am busy'... I said I'd ask a quick question and began with 'I just got married in the UK...' without them letting me continue I was interrupted with 'That is not a quick question!' I said I'd like to finish my sentence first before them concluding what would be the conversion.. I literally asked my question straight afterwards and the answer was one word I wanted to hear. No more than 1 minute conversation if it was held in a professional manner! Unfortunately, it was not. I hope I won't need their services again!
