Malta High Commission

Disgraceful service.... it’s been two years plus since I applied for my Maltese citizenship and yet absolutely nothing. Ringing is in an endless loop, when answered I get fobbed off and emails are totally ignored, makes me ashamed to be Maltese born. My advice is don’t waste your time here take a flight out and deal direct. Appalling.

Great display of professionalism . Go an extra mile to help . Wife needed help for schengen visa in a tricky situation we were but luckily Kresimir Hegedus saved us about £3000. All other embassies should send their staff to Malta embassy for training . Thanks for not being cold and interacting with the he client humanly

Very good experience. Bronia was always helpful and staff generally kind and humane. I just wish that there were similar services in Northern UK as it is a mission going to London!

Very fast and professional! I have not expected any help after awful experience with other embassies and VFS, but here people were very helpful and friendly.

Can't get an answer by email. Can't get through on the phone. Call during published open hours to get an answerphone saying the commission is closed. Or call during open hours and get passed arpund the menu options as no one is actually picking up the phone. I have literally a 1 minute query and after 3 weeks of trying I still don't know the answer. Sort it out - no one calls a high commission for a social chit chat

I have to be honest that I had not felt so welcoming with any embassy as compared to Malta. My case which had some passport complications was heard by the Malta High Commission and was swiftly assisted by Mr Kresimir. I was glad to have him deal my case as it’s the smoothest of the experience I have had. Though I had missed on submitting couple of documents, I was given the option by Malta HC to send the documents over the email in the subsequent days which really helped me avoid the hassles of visiting VFS Malta again.

I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism shown here. I was assisted by Mr Kresimir Hegedus who was very polite and understanding. He not only assisted me with my queries but also shared some valuable insights about my Schengen visa. This is one of the rare instances where I had been guided as well as respected by an embassy staff. I must thank him a lot for the service offered during these uncertain times.
Furthermore, I must say that I am left with such a high impression of the Malta High Commision due to their remarkable customer service. I would happily recommend them for tourism as well as Schengen visa services. With this astounding experience, I would very much go back to them for any Schengen related services as well as share my recommendation with my circle.
