Very good experience. I came because I Didn’t have my passport and needed to travel urgently and they were very friendly and very efficient and fast and sorted it out within an hour. I was very happy. I want to thank all who works there and specially Ghada.

A very good service, service time, call returns & response from the embassy Staff. Thank you all and keep up the good work ! I wish Governmental offices in Lebanon has the same level of service.

One star is too much for these unprofessional, illiterate, lazy, stuck up employees in this modern world. I am sure they only have a job in there because of who they know and not what they know and what they can deliver and assist people that contact them or walk in there.

I called them to ask how can I get the visa .
She told me you have to apply for it then you should waiting from 1 month to 4months?
We just want to know is it visa for Lebanon which is the country beside Syria or to paradise.

Dealing with the middle aged lady at reception made me want to burn my passport. Not polite at all, not personable, and seemingly always angry. She needs a new job.
