Called this place they call an embassy this morning because I was enquiring on adoption a child from Palestine and I was told I had to go through israel embassy. Well I've heard how rude they can be but didn't think they was this rude till toady basically answered with an attitude and while I was still asking questions she closed the phone on me, after taking 2 days to answer.

Superb service. Informed, helpful and thoroughly professional staff. Answered all questions directly and without any fuss. Couldn't be happier.

I just got off the phone with a very rude man working at the embassy after holding on for over 15 minutes. I called to ask what address I needed if I wanted to get a visa and he gave me an address that was different to what someone else had told me. So I asked him what the other address was and he said very rudely "The consulate is a very big place with different entrances. I have just given you the address you need. Do you have any other question?" So much for customer service.

Impossible to get to you over the phone: your system is stuck in a loop.
The auto messages are long and unclear.
You don't answer the phone between 9:30-12 as specified.
Your website is full of conflicting information about passport extension and renewals.
You never returned to my Contact form.
Very poor service :-(

In all aspect this is the BEST Visa service I received from a foreign consulate in London. It's so simple and easy that it gives you the impression they're begging you to visit their country😂. I say so due to how gentle and fast they attend you when you arrive. I was served even before my appointment time. Just book your appointment and go there. Yes like in any Consulate etc there is security there but they're there to make you feel safer and served even quicker. Take a £1 coin with you because you'll need it to use a locker located outside for your belongings and it'll be refunded when you collect your belongings.
And when you're leaving don't forget to thank them and even apologize on behalf of those who leave negative comments online against them. God blesses you!

Wrote an email, got a phone call, staff was rude, speaking in Hebrew to their colleagues while on the phone with me assuming it is an insult. I did not ask any question, in fact the staff on the phone who was, did not even give me a chance to answer. Hanged up suddenly. I'm confused.

I have to say I was surprised, all staff were polite and helpful. Did not help because of the strike in Israel
