I received good service for issuing the passport and validating the educational certificates.
The staff are friendly and responsive.
On the other side of the coin, they never pick up the phone. So whatever your question is, you need to go to the consulate in person if you cannot find the answer for your question on the website.

The staff are often very kind and helpful, especially to the ones who have to travel to London. The guys who are standing outside to check the enquiries are very polite and kind. Ms Abdolmaleki is very kind and sympathetic. But we also need to show respect to them.

Hire more stuff or interns for at least administrative tasks such as answer the phone or emails! The lack of stuff clearly can be sorted - this has been going for years! So many people affected by struggle no able to get simple answers and waiting for documents for ages. No service quality whatsoever. On top of that the staff at this place is extremely rude and incompetent! They dont know the law and dont even follow the system - validating documents base on their personal view!!!!

Very impressive and efficient service. My request for renewal of my passport with all the required documents was received by the Consulate on a Tuesday and 4 days later I received a new passport.

I am Iranian and I really need to use Iranian consulate, but I cant because I am a wheelchair user and the building is not accessible for wheelchair. I hope you are aware that The Equality Act 2010 requires all buildings to have disabled access. Your building is a public place in the uk and you need to respect the law and make your services available for everyone without discrimination.
