Embassy of Armenia

Like anything except an embassy! Embassy in London , poor behaviour of officers. Got the visa but never ever think about going to Armenia.
The embassy, officers and managers' in Armenian's embassy in London are like...!so this shows how terrible the behaviour could be in their own country!

They are absolutely perfect
They are amazing
I loose £2000 just If they gave my visa by half an hour delay
They absolutely care and I hope have good time in Armenia

Very unprofessional, and I'm saddened to say this as I'm Armenian myself. They never pick up the phone (one can't even leave a voice message!), never answer my emails. My passport has been stuck with them for 6 months now, and they just won't respond to me. After numerous emails and unanswered calls I received a short email - "we will update you soon". That was weeks ago.

Maybe you treat the tourists well, but what's the point if you can't take care of your own citizens? The consular service is a disgrace.

I received an excellent service from the staff at the Armenian Embassy. Many thanks to Tatevik at the front desk for her helpful attitude and to Mr Gagik Kirakosyan, the Consul, for his prompt response and solution to my request. All the best!

I'd like to thank all staff of Armenian Consulate for an exceptionally good and friendly service I received and especially from the core of my hart I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Tatevik Sarukhanyan for being so professional, customer focused, competent in her job and at the same time so much welcoming customers and communicating at ease in a happy, warm and positive way. It is very rare to find such a young person with such an amazing talent making customers feel valued and respected. What can I say, it was the best experience with a governmental office in my life! I needed a document to be translated and which I had to present on the 3rd of Dec. I sent an email on the 29th of Nov thinking to myself that I'm being silly and it will take them few weeks at least...I got my translated document today on the 2nd of Dec. Mr.Kirakosyan has been a massive help. Thank you very very much.
