Embassy of Belarus

The consulate department of the Belorassian embassy is working very efficiently. I had to apply for my son for visa to Belarus last summer in 2017 and this summer as well. If you read all the requirements and prepare your documents properly then there is no issue in obtaining your visa on time. I have posted the passport of my son with all the papers they required this and last summer and I got it back within 8 days. I did not have to travel to London and when I had a couple of questions I called the consulate during the working hours which they have provided at the website. Though I didn’t manage to get through immediately, I managed to get through a half an hour later. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful and gave me some tips. To be honest, I found this information later at the website anyway...

People who called the staff at the consulate “idiots” in their feedbacks must be “idiots” themselves.

If you prepare everything according to the requirements provided at the consulate section of the embassy website you will not have any issues obtaining visas by post.

I also got some advice regarding the goods I could bring to Belarus without custom clearance.

All in all I can’t fail the service provided by the consulate of Belarus in London to my family over the past 4 years.

I had an amazing experience there! The consul was super helpful and professional. Before to come in I had to phone conversation with him to get a consultation, and book an appointment. He has provided me with all information needed, and visit was very short and things been sorted quickly. Many thanks Mr Gorely for your help!

Hello. I am exhausted! I am a Belarus citizen and need to change my passport because its expiry date is soon. The first time when I was able to book an appointment, I called 30 TIMES and only on the 31st call someone answered and booked an appointment for me. Also, they are usually very unhelpful if asking questions via email or over the call. Now I am trying to book another appointment, and guess what? Nobody answered my calls. Unfortunately, Belarus embassy/consulate do not have an option to book an appointment online. SO ANNOYING! I WROTE A CLAIM TO THE MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS OF BELARUS. IT'S NOT OKAY WHEN CITIZENS CAN'T GET ANY SERVICES.

Simple and straightforward! Got visa in just under 30 minutes; The fastest service I have ever experienced. On top of it, got all the necessary travel guidance for the journey to Belarus including transportation information! Maxim was simply brilliant!👏 Thank you for such wonderful service.

I turned up without having a pre booked appointment, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The process was straight forward. Overall very professional and polite.

The lady behind the desk gave me a stamped visa in 15 minutes - amazing. Very friendly, efficient, and some entertaining Russians and Belarusians in the queue too)

I am really impressed with the service of consular section. Always polite and helpful. If you have any problem or question you can call between 2-4 and you will always get answers. I wish other embassies would be like that! Thank you for great work.
