The embassy was unable to help us over the phone or online. This was due to time constraints.
Therefore had to pop down for a family emergency. We were late and at the time worried we wouldn't be able to fly out.
They were very helpful and very welcome. We appreciate all the help you have given our family.

Very commitment helpful, friendly staff and great service disc 5 at 9:15am on 20th April.I did get my Emrengacy passport in just three days didn't miss my flight and holiday . Really appriteciat. Thank you so much Netherlands Embassy.

Absolutely disgusting. They have partnered with VFS Global for providing Schengen Visa's and that company has not provided any appointments for Visa's for months now. I've emailed the Embassey about this multiple times and now they are ignoring me. It's actually disgusting the level of service they provide.

Absolutely disgraceful that they've outsourced their appointment slots to VFS global who have the worst ratings any organisation can receive. I've been trying since last year March 2021 to get to get appointment to replace 3 of my daughters passports that was stolen during renovation on our property!! This should be investigated and escalated to a regulatory body. VFS is clearly a fraudulent company and bringing the Dutch embassy negative reviews and disrespute. The embassy is aware of it and not doing anything about it!! I am so frustrated and livid about this

I have been waiting for months for my children passports after attending our appointments at embassy. vfs global is the worst ever no one can provide me with answers after countless emails and phone calls now the website is not found for vfsglobal, I felt like I have just share my sensitive data with scammers. This needs to be look into seriously by appropriate authorities.

The person on the phone (receptionist) was so rude . I was confused and asked questions to which she replied'oh my god' so loud on the phone . Then started to pretend like she couldn't hear me to get me off the phone.I asked her name to report her she wouldn't even tell me her name . so unprofessional

Dutch embassy and every other embassies should stop using vsf as the channel for Visa application appointment, they are taking advantage of the vulnerable people, they frustrate customers so much. I booked a visa application appointment and cancelled it thr next day and rebooked at closer venue near me, and now it's over 10days, they frustrating me to get my refund.

WOW WOW WOW. Such a pleasant first experience. I spoke to Ms Grous and she has honestly been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She advised me accordingly and reassured me for my first trip to the Netherlands. I am so excited to visit seeing as I was treated with such level of respect. This has honestly been the best embassy in which I have ever been in contact with. Thank you so much for all your help it really does not go unnoticed!
