Government of republic of Moldova is the main management for this place. Lovely stuff.

The worst embassy ever, better not to have one

They will redirect you to any other agency just to get rid of you. I dont get why are they calling themselves an embassy,and what is their purpose in Moldova. I had 3 situations when I needed help and they always said we dont know call border force,call ukvi and so on. YOU ARE AN EMBASSY OR WHAT?

Its just hassling people. I applied for a Visa and they didn't replied more than 4 months. I am personally not recommending people to visit in Moldova.They have no manner.
