Very supportive staff and excellent service. I had all the documents as mentioned in the website.Therefor it was quick and easy for me to renew the passport. I could see lots of possitive changes of the staff and so glad about it ,as I have a bad experience few yeas ago. I am gratefull for councillor and the staff. Many thanks everyone !

SLHC London staff well trained to speak to customers over the counter and phone, we are not getting the service as free, they charging ridiculer, One page of copy was not clear and they charge me £5 😡😡😡for page where outside they charge only 20p, they don’t accept card payment, Only right change dealing 😡😡😡, look at the crazy charges,

You can feel Petta srilanka when you go here .the charges are so different than what it saying in the website.so expensive.and why the f they only taking cash .over the phone customer service is zero ,

It was amazing, The staff were very helpful, and the service was excellent. They understood our neef and were very efficient. We were able to catch the bus back to Sheffield on time.
