The staff on the reception are very unprofessional, very rude and intimidating…! Their loud ….., when you speak in runyankole and rutoro/runyolo that’s when u get abit of respect, they leave people who have been waiting for ages 9:00 am and take those who gave some money in for their biometric photo to be taken after, when it’s too late they ask you to come back the next day at 9am and end up sitting their long day…They don’t care even if you’ve travelled from far…..! I wish they can change ASAP…

Honestly the customer service over there
is just incredible . I went with someone from another African country and said wished he was a Ugandan . Iasked why he said our people are calm and organized. To me this was beyond my expectations. Thank you to everyone .

I spoke with a staff on the phone who advised that the best visa option to apply for is the East African visa. Further online enquiries differed from what was advised.

I am now advised to apply for multiple visa, l tried to upload required documents but was unable to, l get error message that file is too big.
I intend to visit tomorrow wish me luck

Their service is so poor l applied to renew my passport in February 2022 l took everything they asked for they refused my passport pictures and they told me to go near by and take another pictures l did after all that they took all my documents even my passport and then they talk me to go that they will let me know if my passport comes to London l paid for express but l had to wait till the end of October but before l have been calling to ask about my passport and they are have been telling me not to call them that they will send me a email if they get my passport unfortunately l called on the 26 and27 of october and they told me that l have to do another form and pay again for the passport and to mark the matter worse they sent me my passport when it's already expired and they didn't let me know anything that they were going to return it when it's already expired l hate their service

I need to renew my passport but the system is as dodgy as hell.I paid £60 in total and the gave me a
reference number on their website where you apply to renew your passport and now i cannot even schedule an appointment because apparently the system cannot recognise the reference number.I dont see why they bother to offer a service that is botched.I am livid!!Does that mean that i now have to shell out another £60???????When is theft going to leave this wretched country???Very disappointed indeed!!!!!

Today I went to the Ugandan High Commission in London, I received such good service. Everyone was happy, friendly, chatty, helpful and patient. Special thank you to Rose for making me feel at home. Keep up the good work!

This must be the most dreadful website I have ever encountered. Some of us have passports that where issued before the introduction ID's, but on this website you cannot proceed until an ID number has been entered, which should have been option. The worst aspect is trying to obtain an update by phone, almost impossible !!
