Tourist card service is really good and very quick. I sent my application for a Tourist card on Thursday and received it the following Wednesday.
With regards to the other complaints they don't answer the phones, etc. I believe it is the same with majority of embassies as I've experienced it with my home country's embassy.

I went Tuesday morning to get a tourist card application for my husband. They ask you to do it by post but as my husband has an Indian passport we had to go in person to get one as I couldn't find it online. A gentleman served us and couldn't be more helpful. I was so worried to go after reading these reviews but there was nothing to be worried about. It is true they don't answer calls and the website is pretty non existent but in person at the Embassy very helpful. Thanks so much.

Wow!!! This is the quickest visa service I've ever experienced. Posted my application on a Thursday evening and had the visas back on the Saturday. They couldn't have taken more than a couple of hours from receipt to have it in the post back. Well impressed.

I have been waiting for over 1 year for a certificate process that takes 1 year (this is before covid) I’m still waiting. Franklin has been the only person I have managed to deal with but nothing gets done for a service I have paid for and time being wasted. Really disappointed with the Embassy and lack of communication.

Very polite and efficient all of them. Took me very little time to get my visa and the answers to all my questions. Thank you very much.

Best embassy ever, super speedy and chill. Hard to find info online re tourist visa if u left it too late like I did, but if u turn up they will help no probs. Walked in and out with tourist visa in under 30 min

I would like to thank Kenia Vazquez and the Consul Lidice, for the great support and professionalism with which they give their service. I met them 4 years ago and for me, they have been more than my family in this country.
