I found the issue with other applications is that they dont read what is required or clearly have lost some documents. Example, one person came without a birth certificate nor had a copy (stating it was lost) so I understand consular team cannot do anything to assist with incomplete documents. This was the same case when people are applying for say ID cards but have not declared dual citizenship at all (which requires a notary/ commissioner of oaths to countersign - this then means the applicant has to walk around looking for a solicitor + do not have all the other documents at hand such as naturalisation certificate etc. I urge to read the requirements clearly on the website.
One other application I made was for birth certificate for a child born abroad. You need this first before you can make any other application for the child such as passport. My 1st application was rejected as although this is not stated on their website, all non Kenyan documents have to be notarised by a solicitor, so UK birth certificate, if parents are dual nationals, then assuming you're British as well, you get the British passport notarised, but then you should have declared dual nationality or regained citizenship+Declared as required. I'll post what's needed on Immigrationboards.com for other people to have the correct docs.
PLEASE answer your calls. You used to be so efficient. What went wrong?
