Embassy of the Royal Kingdom of Cambodia Officials are ever so helpful, kind and polite - unlike any other Embassy I have been to in the World.

Visa service easy enough to use. No appointments needed. £35 for a one week, return to collect service. £55 for express service (same day collect). Sign by front gate says it is closed between 12:30 and 2pm, but my partner and I arrived at just after half 12. We pressed the buzzer and were allowed in anyway.

Asked for advise on what requirements there are for getting my girlfriend to stay in the UK with me. Very helpful service. Dissapointed with the truth tho.. theres many requirements that are not needed.

The main Phnom Penh office spelt my name wrong on the e-visa I applied for. Had difficulty with them getting it corrected, but a phone call to the UK embassy got it put right in 5 minutes! On this occasion very good.

Ms Leap who processes the visas was so attentive and efficient from start to finish. I can not thank her enough in getting my visa sorted in record time and with the minimum of fuss.

If I can , I want to rate 0 star for service . They don’t have any website to contact , I sent email many times but nobody answer me even if they read them . Staff is not friendly , she just answer quickly and turn the phone off .
