The architect John Nash would be astonished to see how 20th century planners allowed this building to stand amongst his beautiful creations. This one needed parliamentary approval before construction in 1957, which makes it more incomprehensible.

The best rooftop view in London. Period.

Very bad services.
Waited 1 month for a reply to my visitor visa application and got declined for not providing enough documents, which seems quite harsh as I‘m only planning to spend my holidays there. Further the fees seem too overpriced, yet acceptable if I had actually gotten the visa.
While working on the online application, I called the service hotline in London to ask for advice but only got to talk to an annoyed worker who didn‘t really care to help me at all. If the workers in this consulate had actually helped me appropriately , maybe I would have been able to fill out the forms correctly and therefor gotten the visa.
I‘m very disappointed.

The notary service staff member was most helpful last year. This is in sharp contrast to my last experience a few years ago, when I had a passport query. The staff member was incredibly rude, patronising and put words in my mouth.

I complained to MFAT, and to their credit Phil Goff immediately wrote me a letter saying that I had been treated appallingly and that action would be taken - and indeed, it was. Query was then resolved promptly and politely. Full marks these days to the consular staff, who are a pleasure to deal with.

The website was easily located via Google. I am writing to the High Commission, today , as I am really worried that I may never be able, to visit the beautiful country of New Zealand , ever again. I have already visited 3 times in 12 years and intended to come annually to stay at least 4 months of each year at my own cost , startingvin Septemver 2020 ! I have an old School friend who emigrated to New Zealand, I was his Head girl at Upper Avon School in Durrington. Mark has lived in New Zealand for 15 years and he and his family are living their dreams . Thankyou .

Great location and possibility to park. One of the best office locations even though it requires some updating internally!

Been here many many times! Contrary to some reviewers I do like the decor and architecture here which actually adds a somewhat unique feel to the place rather than just being a mere government/admin building! Yes waiting can be pain and yes it can be frustrating but that's public service in general isn't it?
