Absolutely fantastic service. My son was locked out late in the evening. After a call and chat via what’s up a locksmith was at the premises in as little as 15 minutes. I got locked out from my flat and phoned the line directly. The locksmith was so nice and asked me kindly to place my request to the WhatsApp Chat online which I got an excellent and speedy response. Even though in the end I cancelled the service as i was able to access to my spare keys from my landlord, I still recommend their service. Great communication skills and professional advice!

Great call with them on the phone where they were ready to support me with my lock issue for a reasonable price. Although I didn’t get the actual service since I was able to sort it myself, they were friendly and reassured me they can have someone come by next day. Though I cannot review the service, I would recommend the company for peace of mind!

Lovely team. Easy communication via WhatsApp. These guys were understanding, on-time, efficient and reasonably priced. They fixed my lock for me and I would highly recommend their service !! They offered me a reasonable quote and did not surcharge on site. Very pleased with the service.

Really great service from N1 tonight. Professional throughout, very quick to communicate, work out a plan of action and were over within the hour battling through trafficj. They did a good job of getting through the door and replacing the lock really speedily. Helped us with a dodgy internal door too. Would recommend!

The website was excellent, the booking process was very efficient and I was given a quote upfront. The contractors Cy and Abdul were polite and personable, and gave me security advice, and finished the work to a high standard. At every point I felt the service was trustworthy and professional. I would really recommend this locksmith.

I had such a great sale day service from N1 Locksmiths. Mace came right on time and had a good look at my door and broken lock. He made a rapid assessment and knew the problem immediately and explained it succinctly. The door was warped and jamming and the pressure had broken the existing Eclipse lock. He changed the lock for a Yale in no time and then a agreed to go the extra mile to sand and reshape the door edge until it closed perfectly. This was efficient work of the highest quality - I can’t recommend Mace highly enough; he was so polite and willing to solve my door problem with the minimum of fuss. Thank you :D
