Wow, 10/5, no exaggeration, they truly go above and beyond and are generous with their time and help. I will definitely come to them if I need to change my locks in the future.

Why do I think so highly of them? Because I was having difficulty with a stuck lock. I pulled it to bits, couldnt get it working, at this point I thought, time to buy a new one so I rang them up and asked for the cost of a replacement. I sent some pics of the lock over whatsapp, and while I was waiting for them to find the right lock, I pulled everything to bits, cleaned it, put it back together and it was even worse (oh-oh!). Much trial and error later, I had the lock working again! Hooray. Put it back together, but the bolt was still catching a little when it was in the door. I told them I didnt need to get a new one, it was just catching a little and they (kindly!) asked to see a video of it catching. They then proceeded to suggest I adjust the hinges (and gave me a video showing the idea). They are experts, kind, helpful, patient and helped me when it was likely there was no sale in it for them.

Expert and altruistic - thats why I rate them so highly.

Absolutely amazing service. Adam was quick to help in emergency and also did follow-ups when we requested for few other changes in our house. I would recommend him to anyone who needs reliable and trustworthy locksmith services.

I locked myself out whilst putting out the rubbish, all my family were away so could not get hold of another key, I needed a trust worthy locksmith to come and save the day! After having a defeated moment from another company wanting to charge me nearly £200 Adam came and saved the day for a much more realistic and affordable price and had me back in the warm of my house with in minutes! We called Adam when our young son managed to get stuck in his bedroom and the door would not open. Adam came round in 15 minutes, despite it being a Sunday evening, and got the door open, much to our relief. He then returned the following day to fit a new lock in place of the faulty one. He was thoroughly efficient and professional at all times. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him or using his services again.

Adam came to the house within 15 minutes of my phone call. He sorted our lock problem out straightaway without having to replace everything. Very good value for money. Highly recommend.

I have used Adam now on 3 separate occasions, each time he has been there very quickly, which has included late night and also Christmas Eve, an absolute superstar. Professional, polite and extremely reliable, he has given a top service every time.
Also, he isn't one of those locksmiths that rip you off either and his prices are very reasonable too.
If your looking for a locksmith, just stop reading and call him now....
I should point out he was actually recommended to me by a friend who has used his services a few times and said I couldn't go wrong using him, and he was right.
So I'm sure given my awful track record in locking myself out, I will be using him again, I certainly wouldn't look anywhere else, thanks Adam!

Superb service. Called up for a broken key in lock and offered to help over the phone. After 30mins called back as I was defeated !! Came over and resolved within 10mins and only charged for a drink. Will definitely use again if required.
