Received fab service this morning! I had a dilemma finding a business that could duplicate unique patented security keys. Rose DIY was my saving grace. Their pricing is super affordable and turnover time was just under an hour, key was ready to collect as soon as i returned. They also displayed great service etiquette. Would highly recommend using this business for any kind of key-cutting.

Love these guys! My key wasn't working, so I phoned them and sent a picture of my lock. 40 minutes later, they'd turned up, fitted a replacement, sorted the problem. Quick, professional, really friendly. Definitely my go-to locksmith from now on.

Great service - I lost one of the keys for my communal lock which are typically very hard to duplicate. I was recommended these guys by another locksmith who had already tried to duplicate but with a less advanced machine. The gentleman warned me it might not work again (as these keys are so sensitive and delicate) but it did. They offered for someone to come with me to the lock if it didn't work or get the most experienced colleague to have a go later or give me a full refund at any point. Really amazing service and thank you so so much once again. Would highly recommend.

Excellent, really excellent, indeed surprisingly excellent. I needed a key cut, rang them up, super responsive and helpful on the phone, came to the store, nice guys, really friendly, very efficient. Cute little cafe around the corner to have a coffee and work in whilst I was waiting for it to be cut (which was surprisingly quick). Came back, they offered some help and guidance about using it for the first time, and said to come back for on-the-house adjustments if it didn't quite fit right and so on. Really can't rate these guys highly enough, solid service, friendly as anything, they know what they're doing, and they're an independent business right in the heart of Shoreditch. Will be back again I am sure, I would go out of my way to use then again!
