Brilliant service by Paul- he arrived on time, was friendly and helpful and was very detailed in explaining how the locks worked. He also wore PPE and socially distanced which was very good to see. He cleaned the lock mechanism thoroughly as well as changing the locks and was very generous with his time. Really happy and would not hesitate to recommend, thank you.

Amazing efficient professional service. Offered advice on phone to initially to try to save me money. Then came out and opened locked door like magic, Diagnosed problem of sheared inside latch. I cannot rate the company enough, amazing service. After breaking a key in the lock, Paul arrived promptly explained every step ( the pros and cons of each option) and did an amazing job in replacing two locks with the latest standard mechanisms. Every step was explained - I really do recommend you save this company's number for when you may need them!
