Boots Opticians

I took my mother for an eye test after her previous opticians shut down. We saw Priya for the eye test, and her service was brilliant and she looked after my mother's eyes! We then dealt with Parm who was equally as great! We both felt like he really had our needs and requirements at the forefront of his mind rather than selling us the most expensive frames in the store. We both really liked Parm so much and opted to see him for the collection 10 days later where he gave us advice into how to care for her frames. 10/10 for this branch and definitely returning back next year!

Purchased two pairs of specs two years ago at Boots and they still look brand new. But needed an eye test and vision has changed. Mal, the optician, is extremely thorough and professional and carefully explained the changes in my vision. Parm, his colleague, then helped me choose three pairs of glasses, one each for distance, computer and sunglasses. I was impressed with the care taken for sanitizing all equipment and glasses to try on and never once felt rushed or crowded in the optical centre. Would highly recommend Boots for eye tests and purchase of new glasses.

Excellent and outstanding customer service from all the team in this branch. I had my eye test with Kalpna and always find her very knowledgeable, polite,helpful and everything explains to me in details.
Also, I was so impressed with care given to details in sanitising and hygiene.

Very nice experience at Boots Opticians Chiswick, both male members of staff were very professional (unfortunately didn’t take their names). My daughter has severe anxiety and they made her feel comfortable and were very patient throughout her appointment. Will definitely return in the future for visit or new pair of glasses.

The staff are super lovely! Kalpa helped me with my eye examination and was so attentive, friendly and put up with my relentless questions about the health of my eyes. Yasmeen was another friendly staff member working there that acted as my fashion designer and helped me pick the right glasses for my awkward face. Parm helped me get the best deal for my glasses and after admitting that I break or loose mine every time I have a single drink he helped me sort out an insurance on them. They are all such a wonderful team and I promise not to go to Specsavers anymore. Thanks guys.

I had a fantastic experience at Boots optician in Chiswick. Risha wo performed my eye test was very professional and made me feel very comfortable during the exam. Parm was fantastic at helping me pick out my new frames and was very polite and attentive. He explained all the pricing options and he double checked his measurements with a colleague to ensure they were accurate. I felt very safe with all the measures put in place. I experienced excellent customer service and was treated with the utmost respect.

I had my eyes tested at Boots (Chiswick - store no: 3362) and what a great experience. The staff (Optician and supporting staff) were fantastic. I was lucky to have Parm assist me with everything that needed to be sorted out from after my eye test had been conducted. Such a nice guy. Extremely friendly, tentative, and knowledgeable. Thanks Parm :)
