Bit disappointed this time. Last 2 visits the team were great, this time the eye test was poor and the options on new glasses were not satisfactory.

Great service. Friendly staff offering good advice. Great choice of frames.

Terrible manager who appeared to display childish behaviour including whispering and making snidey remarks behind customers backs which I found extremely disrespectful.
She also refused to arrange a collection of my much needed prescription glasses by my daughter on my behalf when I was unwell to collect in person, thus generally being unnecessarily difficult.
Only agreeing to the collection when I made clear I would contact head office to complain. Very poor and unprofessional customer service and experience. Will avoid.
