No info about the working time all the way from west ealing to find it closed

I was to the store at one day when they were about to close and the place was quite busy. I was looking for a second opinion to buy the first of my varifocal glasses. Thanks God I have met Mariam, what an amazing professional, she explained me all about that special kind of glasses. Without her professional experience today probably I was wearing a pair of glasses to make my life miserable without knowing what I am looking for. From the bottom of my heart ❤️ many thanks Mariam.

I've been to other opticians and felt very disappointed that they couldn't get the right varifocal glasses for me. Even I was told I wouldn't be able to wear those kind. A friend told me to try at Boots, I wasn't quite sure about it but I gave it a go. The lovely lady who assisted me through all the process, Silva, was very kind and professional! Also Daniel, a very kind man, helped to have the right adjustments. I'm really pleased with the service Boots Ealing gave me and now I'm keen to recommend them to other people. 👏

I walked into Boots Opticians Ealing branch and was immediately approached by staff for my concern (getting new eyeglasses). Their process from eye screening, eye test, to frames fitting, was systematic and efficient. I’m also pleased that even the Manager, Gary, attended to get it all things done on time.

I have purchased two sets of glasses from this store and the manager Gary has been excellent in making sure the glasses fit perfectly and had the right lens configuration for what I do - mainly staring at a computer screen! I'd recommend this store for anyone who finds themselves needing glasses

Been having eye tests regularly at this branch for approx. 10 years. By far the best opticians. First class friendly service. Specs are a little pricey however not many places do the 1960s Malcolm-X style Ray-Ban glasses!

I have used many opticians. I find Boots of Ealing the most consistently excellent. The examination is professional; the guidance on frame and lens choice sensitive and informed; the fitting first class; and the aftercare comprehensive and uncomplaining. Most recently I dealt with Roxana as optician and Fasil on the sales, fitting, aftercare front.

I came in to try on some frames but asked to leave if not going to wear a mask. How can you expect customers to spend hundreds of £’s on a pair of frames without the opportunity to try them on properly in advance? I would happily wear a mask for eye tests and anything but not when trying on frames
