Black Mountain Fabric

Amazing place! I go in there often and have worked with them selling my own items in the past! The people running the shop are cheerful and know their craft well. The fabrics, threads and sewing tools are high end and amazing quality, and are at really reasonable prices! Just an all around wonderful business being ran by wonderful people! 10/10

I visited the shop today and what a lovely welcoming place it was, as I walked in I wasn't pounced on and was left to browse, as soon as I needed help I was offered it and they were very friendly and polite. Their range of fabrics and threads was vast and I easily found what I was looking for.
My mum has also attended a workshop and loved it! Would definitely recommend to anyone, was an ideal birthday present for her.

Lovely craft shop, stocking loads of craft cottons in beautiful shades and patterns. A growing stock of dressmaking materials and notions too! Plenty of bits and bobs for a variety of crafters. Service is always super. Happy, friendly faces that are always there to help if you need it. I now visit whenever I'm passing!

Lots of fabrics, and other accessories. Not the cheapest. Friendly staff, will likely visit again.

Andrea is amazing! I love their classes and all their fabrics, they have a large selection and their fabrics are not your common run of the mill cheap, find anywhere fabrics, they are unique and of the best quality so yeah i pay a bit more but for my line of products i want to pass on quality to my customers and this is what i get with Black Mountain Fabrics. Also the staff is excellent and all very helpful x

It's a delight to buy fabric IRL (rather than online), particularly when served by such a knowledgeable and enthusiastic assistant - a real character. The shop is crammed to the rafters with all sorts of fabric and notions, though it probably caters slightly better for quilters/patchworkers than dressmakers. Thoroughly recommended!

Bought some felt online for a project. It came very quickly. All of the felt is beautiful and really good quality. Very happy with the service!
