Shocking, RUDE unhelpful staff that I refuse to give any of my money to any more, they look down their noses at you and don’t have a clue what they are doing, most of the good reviews on here are by people they know or they have done it themselves!! If you are not good with people do not work in a job like this!!you call them up and ask if they have a certain item and they either say “yes “no” then they put the phone down on you!! No manners whatsoever absolutely disgusting. They also tried to give my 1 year old a cream that was for over 12’s... which proves my point absolutely clueless....

Rude, poor attitude from the pharmacist not only rude to me but the person behind me in the queue too. Also operates the hours they want as they decided to close the shop when I said I was waiting for a prescription to be sent through. While waiting outside he quickly shut up and tried leaving and when I questioned that it says opening hours till 7pm on a Sunday he said they shut at 5pm now. Even though the time was 5.55pm. Obviously has trouble with telling the time as well as the truth. I would avoid using this pharmacy.
Oh and don't seem to want to answer the phone either.

Absolutely horrific experience at the pharmacy trying to get my emergency medication today. Very condescending and patronising. Not being dim witted myself, I spoke to the 111 service about the experience who later spoke to the pharmacist. I heard the pharmacist twisting the truth to his benefit. Absolutely disgusting. Thankfully the 111 operator was able to resolve the issue with the excellent professionalism. I will be writing about my experience in detail to the appropriate regulatory authority.

went to this pharmacy to collect prescription for covid-19 when I got there I was told that I could not pay contactless all I could do was pay cash so then had to go into the shop next door door to use their cash machine because all the money goes to the NHS and they are changed. I would like to have thought that a pharmacy would lead by example and not by scrimping a few measly pence just shows you profit before people. And her final comment was if you don't want to pay cash you can go to another pharmacy. this pharmacy is only quarter of a mile from my house and got to keep travel to a minimum somebody should explain the rules to this pharmacy.

Do not take cash payments for NHS prescriptions. Have an A4 piece of paper stating this away from the counter so not visible and no other option than to just go look for it somewhere else whilst you're already in pain

They say they are open Sundays till 7pm, blatantly not. Change your Google opening times as it is incorrect and misleading. Never going there again, obviously they don't understand how hard it is to find a pharmacy on a Sunday when you have a sick child. Waste of my time!!

I am medically exempt from wearing a mask and Joyce made me feel and look like I had the plague and then when I called to make a complaint she laughed at me and thinks its funny to treat people with an invisible disability like she did!!!!!!!
