Went to the drs about my knees I loose feeling in them time to time and they sometimes go completely purple and I struggle to walk far distances because of it (never used to be like this till this year) and when I told the Dr he asked me what do I think it is had a look and mind u I had been resting all day had a lift up so it wasn't as bad so he put me in for physio and a xray but said it looks good on my drs note for college :/ you shouldn't be asking the patient what do they think it is that's why they came to u and he didn't ask me how bad the pain is he just put slightly tender ... ITS NOT !
Not happy with my drs at all I want my old Dr back

Shocking. I have been calling for 2 weeks now to try and book an appointment, I finally get a call back from riverside, the doctor who called me was very rude, huffing down the phone acting like I was a massive inconvenience. The doctor was of no help what so ever I was told there is nothing they can do regarding the pain in my spine I have to wait 6 weeks. Real nice customer service. No wonder your rated 2.6.

Some good doctors have left this surgery and not ounce of respect to let patients know! I find the reception staff friendy and helpful.
There is one particular doctor who has brought the place down and shouldn't be there. He's very rude and arrogant!
When patients ask to see a doctor this should happen not be passed on to a nursing practioner and stop telling patients to send photographs. Feel that this surgery is using covid as an excuse! Place needs a big revamp or shut down!

Worst surgery I’ve had the misfortune to use. Receptionist is rude, Dr’s seem they don’t really want to help. Impossible to get required meds. FIND A DIFFERENT DR, THESE LOT ARE USELESS!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID..

Struggling to get through on the telephone, and when got through I have found some of the receptionist are rude and explained to me that the line is emergency use only and ask if I have made a telephone appointment with the nurse/doctors. Also had no call back from them as they promised that someone would ring back the next day to regarding a diabetes annual review for my dad.

I am not a patient with your practice but have had dealings with you regarding my sister who is. I had to ring on Tuesday 16th November regarding a Parking charge and spoke with EMILY. She was helpful and charming. My daughter is a GP so I am very aware of the pressure that the medical and office staff are under so a little bit of praise now and then does no harm.

Absolutely horrible standard of care. The phone is often bogged down with calls, and you can often call up at 8am on the dot and still be 30th in the call queue. If you don't call first thing in the morning, don't expect an appointment any time soon, and they don't accept walk-ins. I have gone to them for numerous long-term issues over the last 3-and-a-half years. One (a mental health consultation) has gone nowhere - I've had radio silence on that front for 3 years. One matter I spoke to a doctor who had basically no training or experience in the field, and was forced to do research as I sat in the room with them. Another I finally got referred to an actual clinic for diagnosis and treatment ... about 2 years after raising the issue in the first place. I have more recently turned in a Statement of Physician for a job application that is EXTREMELY time-sensitive, a form with all its instructions for my doctor clearly written on it and not likely to take more than 15 minutes. I gave it in with a week's notice, and made it clear that the deadline was non-negotiable. It took 3 days to even make it to the doctor's in-tray, and I have no faith it'll get done over the weekend or for that matter on time at all. I feel like they're good if you can be in and out with a prescription in 10 minutes and utterly useless for anything more involved than that.
