Just wanted to leave a review to thank Cecile the Reception that was on duty this afternoon. Nothing was sorted out by the doctor as promised. Cecile went above and beyond to not let me leave without what I came in for. Thank you so much. At present I am not my usual self and felt like having a melt down right there and then. She was empathetic and caring. This is the type of Doctors Receptionists that we need on a daily basis!!!! Thank you sweetie.

My family and I have been at this practice for over 40 years and I can say with absolute certainty that they are outstanding.

I always get an appointment when needed and never have to wait upon arrival. The staff are informative, polite and great at what they do.

All of the doctors are amazing. Every one of them asks questions and listens intenty. They give you time and great advice, whilst being happy to explain. They are very knowledgeable and work hard to help you.

Thank you very much, I am so grateful to have so much trust to the inspiring Drs who look after my family and I.

A very special thanks to Dr Chana who goes above and beyond, whose kindness, knowledge and time for others truly shines.

I was advised by my therapist to book a gp appointment if I felt like my mental health was deteriorating. So I rang in and booked an appointment. I had a very pointless appointment with Dr Chana who said he couldn't do anything to help me even though I had explained that I'm struggling to cope with a bakers cyst. Struggling to sleep and feeling really poorly. Didn't prescribe me any medications or anything. Avoid Dr Chana at all costs. He clearly doesn't know how to do his job properly.

I was number 1 in the queue for 1 hour and 47 minutes this morning. Used my partner's phone for a second call to see if that would go down. They answered that second call after 15 minutes while my own call was still at number 1 in the queue. Once I got to someone they didn't even let me finish the reason for my call before starting routine questions. I understand they have to be asked before any help can be directed but it would be polite to let me finish.

Reception are always polite, helpful, accommodating and friendly, just what you need when you don't feel well.

As for the doctors, well what can I say 100 out of 100 everytime.

I have been with them since 1983 and never had any issues with them.

I would highly highly recommend them

I called for an appointment I was on the hold for an hour, and when the lady from reception picked up she was very rude and arrogant. She started shouting at me when I made a mistake in proving my personal details to her, she has no right to do that I do not recommend this gp surgery for patients as you never know in what kind of situation the patient is in and do not deserve to be shouted at and treated this way with their disgusting behaviour.

The staff has been always helpful and polite to me along the years, also this week they have been prompt for a face to face visit for my daughter. No problems getting appointments, which is very precious when you are already going through a bad time: we’ve been always contacted by a doctor within a couple of hours, to solve either by phone or in person the same day if needed. Highly recommended.

The receptionist is/are very rude! I am in desperate need of my repeat prescription and to see a doctor ASAP. I was told I have to phone back at "8am" every morning because there's no appointments this week. She never asked if I wanted to book one for next week anyway. She just wanted to get me off the phone so I hung up! If she doesn't like her job give it to someone who actually wants to be there 💁🏼‍♂️
