Winsor House Brewers Fayre

Visited here last Sunday for a Roast, we hadn't booked and it was busy, all the staff were very friendly and attentive.
The Carvery was fabulous value for money and the Chef made sure that there was plenty of fresh Meat and Vegetables avaliable at all times. Thank you to the team for looking after us on a busy Sunday. Will definitely be back soon. Kim & Lee.

Good restaurant. Food is fresh and tasty.

Breakfast are really very good and varieties are there. Juice, water and coffee are available.

Nice place, big inside, good service meal was lovely. Freshly cooked.would go back and recommend.

Ridiculously slow service for a quiet restaurant with over 50% tables not being used.
Food was of average yet acceptable quantity but the quality could be improved.
Poor atmosphere, staff clearly don't enjoy their jobs.
Wouldn't visit again.

I ordered the sirloin steak and it was incredible!
Switched the chips for a side salad, super fresh and the onion rings batter was delicious.
Plate was huge so made portion look small, it wasn't.
Super friendly staff but painfully slow service.

Hired out function room recently, quite big room, air conditioning, door to outside without walking through the restaurant. The price, the service and food were great. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Also have eaten here numerous times, parking free for 3 hours, food is good. Drinks option, unlimited and refilled. Children's meals are cheap and nice play area for children outside. Kid friendly, Definitely recommend for families.

Neither bad nor good. The service is average. The food I think comes premade and they just finish it off to order. Expensive for what it is. I ate there the first night of my stay at the premiere, and then decided not to repeat as I could get food delivered and pay less for better quality.

I have taken one star off the rating due to very slow service - they were clearly understaffed. Delay in getting service in the beginning and bill at the end. Other than that, it was economical, good ambience, generous food portions and staff (when available) were courteous. Will definitely be back again - hopefully, service would be a lot better next time around.
