Family Kebab & BBQ House

Ordered a kebab. It arrived really quick but I could eat it, it had a weird smell! Waste of money

Always a good kebab from Family Kebabs, would recommend the Facebook special!

Worst, fatty gristly kebab and smallest alledgedly extra large mixed shish and kofte kebab ever, salad was stingy too!!!
I rang to complain...sorry! Not good enough.
Delivery driver was polite, best bit of the experience tbh.

Placed a delivery around 10pm on New Year’s Eve. Gave the benefit of the doubt as I can understand it being very busy due to the day so after 2 hours we rang to see where it was and was told that the delivery had just left and out for delivery and the driver will be with us shortly. Rang again about half an hour later and someone else said that it was out for delivery and it will be with us in 2 minutes. We waited again and had to ring again as it was getting close to 3 hours and also nearly being after 12pm when they should be shut. When we rang we was told that they would contact the driver and ring us back, we received nothing so I rang again and was told the same thing. In the end it was about 1:30am and we could not get through to them and did not receive our food. We have rang today and asked for a refund to be told that we have received our food and will not give us the money back. Made out we are lying and the driver has gave us the food, also tried to tell us on the phone prior to this that he would call us back again and see with the driver. Same excuses and disgusting customer service!

Ordered online and after waiting over an hour my partner had to go and collect himself as the phone was constantly engaged, absolutely waste of time. AVOID

Ordered cheese and tomato pizza and recieved a pizza with literally no tomato base as requested just cheese and the pizza doh, phoned them just to let them know and the guy who came on the phone who made the pizza came on the line and said he made it himself and u can see on cctv that there was tomato base as u can see from my pics below there is none to very little amount of tomato anything about this pizza I will not be ordering from here again didn’t want a replacement just good customer service which this company does not have. Get more tomato on a smart price pizza

Terrible service, terrible food. Cold and overcooked. Ordered and had the excuse that they were understaffed. It annoys me when restaurants think that food should be low quality when low staffed yet we pay the same price? Unfair.

Tried to speak to the staff and passed back and forth without warning. No apology from them and no solution, food gone in the bin.

Cold, overcooked and terrible customer service. Tried to complain and was passed back and forth to different members of staff who argued and didn't care that the food was terrible. Ordered a chicken and lamb shish and it had no lamb. Very little chicken. No coslaw as stated. Food gone in the bin and no money back. Such a waste.
