Very good service food was good as always just what you need for a standard Sunday lunch the roasties and Yorkshire puddings are very nice. Family loved it

Just had our lunch here. The food was great and beautifully presented but what really stood out for us was the customer service. We were so well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Our waitress Sam was lovely and went the extra mile to help make sure our children were taken care of and another member of staff spotted when our son dropped his knife and immediately passed him a new one. Lovely clean restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The cherry on the cake was that the price was better than some of the other places we’ve tried while we’ve been visiting Wales. Highly recommend.

Got served with such a pleasant young lady called Martina who made us feel so welcome and although she was extremely busy she still took the time to share some information about nearby places of interest. The meals arrived in quick time and was absolutely delicious, mum had fish and chips, the fish was huge and very tasty, I had the vegan sweet potato and spinach curry and OMG I wanted to lick the plate it was that good. Plenty disable and able bodied parking, entrance was wide enough to cater for any electric or non electric wheelchair, plenty spaces between tables which made it sort of private and couldn't hear others conversations which is always nice. Didn't use the toilet facilities so can't comment. Plenty tables outside if that's what you prefer. I'd highly recommend this restaurant which only had plus points especially our lovely server Martina thank you.

Alright to go to. We tried to get a table on a Friday night at tea time but they had some big parties attending so only had outside but this was ok. We were warned of at least a thirty minute wait for food but it didn’t take this long and was piping hot when it arrived. My only issue was that there seemed to be a lot of waiting staff but we needed to go to the bar to order and there was only one person working the bar which made for a bit of a slower service than we would have liked but we appreciated it may have been busier than they expected. We’d go again if we were in the area

We came over from the premier inn for breakfast. The server was very kind and helpful regarding my gluten free breakfast despite it being a busy morning for the restaurant. They had plenty of gluten free food. Felt very helped and welcome, tasty food too. Many thanks

The food wasn't too bad, chips were just standard skinned chips. Gammon was nice and tender at times but also quite hard. The food was normal to me nothing special.

Another positive is the staff members were friendly and helpful too.

My family really enjoyed it though and said it would be both 5/5 for them but I guess I'm different.

Had a nice welcome..staff showed us to our table. Friendly staff called Jessica was very polite manner and helpful.. Ask if we need any drinks first... we enjoyed our meal and tasty . Enjoy our evening.. And reasonable price..

As for someone who travels for work & pleasure and reviewing establishments across the UK is what I do, I was invited to this place which is local to me by family for a rare family get together 2 weeks ago and it was disappointing.
First of all, the lady who served us didn't seem very enthusiastic about her job, in fact she didn't smile, wasn't engaging and even managed to get the order wrong, leaving a family member paying for something extra then didn't receive. They could have brought it up with staff, but we'd all waited so long for our food, that bringing it up and waiting longer wasn't an option.
The roast wasn't good, very bland.
Overall atmosphere was poor, people left food and service wasn't great.
