Went pumpkin picking with the family, had a fabulous afternoon, lots of pumpkins 🎃 to pick from, ice creams, burgers, hot dogs, gift shop and bouncy pumpkin castle. Staff are great, pay with cash or card, pumpkins are reasonably priced price depends on size of pumpkin, both adults and kids had a great time, will definitely visit again next year, oh yes and a great farm shop 👍🏻

Friendly staff! Great range of pumpkins and can fill up the wheelbarrow they provide. Sufficient parking and great gift shops/food tents. Amazing 5* 🎃

We went pumpkin picking with my family on Friday and safe to say we won't be going again unless it changes for the better, this is my 3rd time coming and it's just pure greed with how much they are charging for things now. £3 per adult to get in..why? We're buying pumpkins and clearly spending money in there anyway so not happy about that at all, it's like a shop charging you to go through the doors to go and buy your shopping, makes no sense.. The tractor ride £2 per child for a minutes circle. and the bouncy castle £2 each child for 5 minutes, wouldnt have been too bad if we didn't have to pay to enter. But Yes the decorations around the woods were nice.

The BBQ food we had was mediocre, it wasnt barbecued though, they were steamed burgers out of a hot box and put onto a griddle for 10 seconds and they came out Luke warm not hot, they were mushy. Good quality meat but just not cooked good enough for the price. such a shame. I thought our pumpkins we got were an ok price £9 for three mediums, but that was it. it felt like an absolute money pit there and I didn't feel you got value for money at all after me spending more than £50 in an hour and a half. Good job we didn't take the kids into the gift tent full of over priced stuff.

Absolutely amazed that we had to pay £3 each on entry for the right to pick over priced pumpkins off the floor. That's before paying £24 for the pumpkins. I could understand it if it was strawberry picking where some customers would eat a pound of strawberries whilst picking. An expensive day out, would had been cheaper to had gone to the supermarket.

Have to say this place has an amazing setup, well organised and plenty to do but, and this a big but we spent £25 on a number of pumpkins the kids picked of varying colours and sizes. Carved one out on Sunday (in the picture) by the Tuesday it was fully rotton and had cillapsed with mold, so not impressed with how fresh these seem to be for the price

Great place to get pumpkins 🎃 Well organised parking. Wheelbarrows to hold them and a massive field to walk through. They've reduced the mud this year by growing in a different field and moving them through to the usual place. This is all grassed now. Tractor 🚜 ride with spooky things. A spooky woodland walk. Giant pumpkin bouncy castles. Ice cream, bbq, deli and crepes. Toilets and some seating. Fab morning ❤ 🎃 🎃

A treasure trove of delights. Tasty deli, featuring some mouth watering cakes. Good variety of meats. Quality produces. Everything is well presented and well stocked. Treats from here paved the roadmap from lockdown with happy indulgences to... well ongoing treats. Lovely and helpful staff too.

Finally popped in for our first time yesterday. Genuinely helpful staff interested in helping their customers. They were very friendly. Excellent products. A real 'wow' experience (and I've visited many farm shops). Just ate the pork pie 🥧 I bought and it was off the scale! (And I used to live in Melton Mowbray!).
The meats, veg and cheese we bought were excellent.
The butchery department looked excellent and the prices weren't unreasonable - will be returning to try their products soon.
I was impressed with their Xmas prebooking sheets (ordering closed today, the 11th Dec).
A great experience and well worth the taking g a trip out, especially as the Spread Eagle pub has just reopened a little way up the road towards Newark at Hockerton. 😃😎
