Should have known better. Bad customer service outweighs any ‘cheap’ product you may want to buy. If you don’t know the exact size and buy the wrong one they refuse refunds even if not wore. I purchased XL underwear at £10 for 3 for a disabled person not knowing the person was an XXL. They point blank refused a refund even though you could see they were unopened. First and last time shopping at a Peacocks.

I came into your store yesterday at approx 12.35 to return a dress that was too big for me. I was served by an extremely helpful young man. He straight away offered to look to see what stock was available and said that he could do an online purchase to have the correct size delivered to my work address. He was extremely efficient, polite and helpful. His service made my shopping experience at your store a delight. I'm sorry I did not get his name, but he definitely an asset to your store
