Took my 7 year old to Claire’s to have her ears pierced. Damian clearly explained the procedure and aftercare, totally put my little girl at ease, and helped us choose appropriate earrings. Very hygienic and professional. Damian and his colleague Emily pierced an ear each at the same time so it was done very quickly. Really lovely friendly staff. Would recommend!

The young lady serving was amazing, she helped me to try to find what I was looking for... she even told me where I could get what I was looking for as they did not have what I needed. I still bought things from there and will do again. They have some lovely hair accessories

I bought a fasinator in the sale with another few items got home and realised I had been charged the full price

Nice things for young girls to buy but a bit pricey. Stands are too close together and things are getting knocked of the stands constantly.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of lovely things to buy and all reasonably priced.
However, can't help thinking that there should be an age enforcement for ear piercing. Babies are not able to concent to the pain caused to them when their parent/carer decide to have their ears pierced.

My 9 year old twins had their ears pierced at Claires Fremlins Walk by a lovely chap and lady.. Very professional and kind, absolutely put my mind at rest. I had prebooked. Hygienic, area clean and cleaned again, felt very reassured. Special sealed one use ear piercing gadget used. The ears were pierced at the same time.. Fab. Girl's and mum came away very happy. Thank you to you both at Claires. Highly recommend...the staff made it a good experience. Dont pay for cheap pay for a clean, professional service for your children.

Took my grandaughter to spend her birthday money staff were welcoming and friendly helped us and gave her a lolly she loves the shop anyway just made expensive whole lot better
