Calvin Klein Outlet

They are selling damaged items, you dont see the wholes in the store because of their light. I was there on 13 th of August to exchange the item i bought one day before. The Calvin Klein manager called for security and said him she dont want me in the store. The security did not even listen to me, he said it was enough for him what store manager told him on radio. He agressed me removing physically from the store. He was so angry, with very angry eyes he told me i am not allowed to enter this store anymore, because store manager dont want me there. I have bought a lot of clothes from Calvin Klein but never seen nowhere such a threatment with the consumer, i felt like a slave!

Staff are unhelpful, having fun in the fitting rooms. Security was asking me am I ok in the fitting room when I was trying on a bra (I took 5 so it takes time to try them on) I felt so ashamed.
Never go to this store again.

Calvin Klein have some great collections, and this shop is no exception. It is an outlet store, so prices should be less than what you would normally expect to pay. The staff are really helpful. I'm pleased with what I have brought, and the savings I made.

I have to return items which I worn and damaged after 1 wash. I contact Calvin klein by email they advised me to go to store. I called store and explained them same they said come with receipt we will give you refund but when I visited store they did not return it. First they lied that no one talked over call, then I also asked to store manager by showing my call time to check which person on shift and check with them. She is like I have 22 person how can i know who is working? Seriously, its very easy just to check which person on shifts during this time but instead supporting customer she started threatening about calling security.Seriously I was not doing robbery so you need to call security all you need is to help customer.

Shop full of staff, and still nobody there to help you.
All staff having fun and making videos for tik tok instead of helping customers.
I wanted to purchase an item but i left it there and decided to go away. Very unprofessional 😠
