Cheaters- want to buy a trunks that cost on the label £16 but on the till ask me for £26. Manager come and say that is a company mistake and they will not sell me for £16- but is not mine and is cheating to selling something for more that is on the label price...🙁

Absolute shambles today, waiting 30 minutes to pay for a product is in no way acceptable. If you could give your staff some manners and how to treat customers this would be much appreciated.

This brand has never failed me nor my family and the discounts available here are unbelievable but appreciated. Thank you!

Customer service is great here - if you are WHITE!

My husband and I watched the manager (lady) laugh and have banter with her white counterparts and customers before serving us. When it was our turn it was as though she could smell something foul and wanted to get us out of the way as soon as possible. Didn’t even receive a “thank you” or “have a great day!”. Disgraceful.

Clearly they have been trained by the same incompetent team that taught their neighbours at Tommy Hilfiger how to deliver dismal customer service that will leave consumers depressed and mortified.

Celebrated my recent Birthday, with a trip to the Outlet. Bought some lovely underwear sets, with an extra 10% off from guest services.
