I went to our local Tunbridge Wells store to ask for a refund or exchange for a pair of FAULTY earrings as they had broken as soon as I put them in my ears.I was rudely told that they could not exchange earings as they had been worn in my ears . We told them that they were faulty and had broken within 30 seconds of me putting them in my ears and they repeated and suggested that we had tampered with them. However if you think logically, why would you deliberately break them tk get another pair in return . It just does not make sense . After there rude response we said that it was ridiculous to not be able to hand in and get a refund on a Faulty product . As we were leaving the shop unhappy the two sails assistance LAUGHED !!!! to each other !! I am very annoyed and shocked about how rudely I was treated !! Never again !

I was looking for help with ideas for my 7 year old grandaughter and the staff were fabulous, suggesting things that I hadn't thought if. And I've scored some brownie point's 'being in the know of what's hot and what's not.

Rubbish. If you want the tatt, that's fine. Do not try to use their piercing service - the manager has to do it (fine), you can't book an appointment and when you do arrive at 5pm (the time they said they could do it) you're told, by said manager, that it's too late she's going for lunch. Not the first time. Avoid. We went somewhere where the service and probably the hygiene was way better.

Jade served my sister and I and she was really patient and professional whilst we chose what earrings we wanted for our piercings. Jade made sure everything was hygienic and took her time to measure out the positioning of our new piercings in relation to our existing ones. I would highly recommend this store for piercings, especially if Jade is involved.

Went to Claire's on Saturday as inskin refused to do my daughter's ears even tho she's six and we had evidence of this they still refused.

Anyway went to Claire's in Tunbridge wells and two lovely lady's were more than happy to pierce my daughter's ears.

They went thru everything with us and were very thorough both in explaining after care and hygiene and also what they were going to do. They even told my daughter what to expect and were so good with her.

As expected she had a few tears but got over it pretty quickly after seeing her studs. Thank you so much for my daughters first ever ear piercing was a lovely experience and they treated her like a princess also liked that they both did it at the same time so was over and done with in seconds! I can't remember the ladies names but this was done in the afternoon in Tunbridge wells. Thank you once again!

More expensive than I remember yet the quality still isn’t there to warrant the prices.

It's a Claires! A busy little shop with a good range of accessories. Not particularly good value for money but popular.

Visited as sidekick to Wifie who wanted something.. As a layman looks good enough for everyone and every occasion.
