I like Camper Lab, the shoe design is a little different than conventional Camper, but very comfortable as well. Good service cool shop.

This is not a regular Camper store. I hoped to find some typical Camper shoes and was disappointed. They do have shoes there, but more the type that Marty McFly might wear.

Fabulous team in the store as always. Even though it was almost closing time they found the shoe I wanted (which was about to be sent back to Spain), then got a larger size and added some insoles and took an online order for me too.
Perfect shoes, perfect service. Can't wait to pick up the order when it arrives...

Beautiful showroom tucked in a lane just of the main road. Nice display and very friendly staff. They were able to help us locate the specific shoe from the catalogue and order it after checking the size.

All one could hope for from this Camper outlet... - halving established the wanted item was in stock. It is a weakness and of their head office that there's no or a very inflexible gift token scheme.

I went to CamperLab a few weeks ago; their products are great, very reasonably priced considering the quality and originality.The two members of staff were extremely helpful and diligent (I can be a very indecisive customer, so thank you!)
I will certainly visit this shop again!

My sister and I had used this store twice, and every time Claudio has been absolutely amazing, genuinely helpful and a genius at customer care! He truly makes sales into art! Excellent experience both times!

i love Camper shoes and have bought tens of pairs over the last 20+ years. this time I had the misfortune to order (online) a pair I did not find comfortable, so had to return. since the online instructions for return are missing and customer service did not answer my email, after 2 days decided to visit this store for a refund (by the way, store return of online purchase is their preferred method of return,as they write on their website). the two ladies that served me made me feel like I had done the ultimate sin! first they suggested I leave the shop and they will process the refund later (shop not busy); when I said I was not in a rush they proceed to thoroughly inspect the shoes and suggested I had worn them outdoors. I told them they had not left my home and that's the condition they delivered. went on with inspection and finally acknowledged the shoes were fine and there would be no problem with the refund - which they still were not processing! they finally gave up when realised I was not leaving the shop until the return was processed, and competed the process. what a rude, arrogant attitude! no wonder their physical shops have been closing down en masse in London, if that's what you call customer service a website will do 10 times better!
