This has long been a favourite of my wife and daughter on our trips to town. Handily located between the Cornish Kitchen and M&S, they sell a variety of knick-knacks for girls (mainly). The service is always friendly and there is a "free" ear-piercing service, which my daughter took advantage of. I say "free", because you have to buy the earrings they use to pierce your ears with, and they are not cheap, although they are good quality and the service was professionally done.

Me and my daughter both had our ears pierced here (mine had closed up ages ago). I have to say how lovely and professional they were really good customer service and put my daughter right at ease. They also did both of her ears at the same time which was such a good idea. Thanks to the girl who did it sorry I can't remember your name.

Had my 4 year olds ears pierced here last week, the service was fantastic from start to finish. The 2 ladies piercing her ears kept her at ease, she didnt even cry, all smiles :) All clean and hygienic equipment and work surfaces. She left with a crown, sticker, and a balloon feeling like a real princess

I had my earspiced here. Very unproffesinal, didn't know where to do it. They did it wrong (gave me the wrong type of earing and back) causing my ear to close up around the earing. The £35 solution, which I was told was antiseptic and would prevent infection, isn't antiseptic. The 'silver' earing wasn't real silver and was horribly crushed as if it had been shut in a draw.

Would recommend for ear piercing. Girls were very reassuring to my bit nervous little girl. Plus Had buy 3 get 3 free! Bargain.

Do NOT buy tongue piercings here. The bars are way too long and they are very expensive. Would not recommend

Well if you have to much money to spend and want a surprise everything in Claire doesn't have a price marked on it deliberately so you pick up something que up get to the till and get told thats £10 for 3 plastic beaded bracelets, if you look on China. Com same items for pennies, rip offfffff
