There is too much in the floor space of a small shop. Not buggy or wheelchair friendly due to the lack of floor space between stands. Friendly helpful staff.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff!!

I purchased earrings yesterday and after a few hours, I got a chance to go through my shopping again and realised I can’t see the fixing clasp of the earrings due to longsightedness.
I called the place and asked I know that it’s store policy to not refund pierced earrings but since I haven’t even been home or tried them, can I come around to at least replace them with something else.
The lady on the phone told me,”yes sure, come over and we will sort you out”!
I reached, and was very rudely told NO WE WILL NOT AS ITS AGAINST STORE POLICY!
I was dumbstruck totally! Why waste my time and effort to park and come back to town !! Why couldn’t she tell me the same thing on the phone!! She was so unbelievably rude !!
Never ever going back there!!

Yep.. small space to get the view on all bits, but all types of body piercings will be there probably

My little boy had his ear pierced on Saturday. The woman who pierced it messed up the 1st attempt and had to do again. My lil boy wanted the green studs which only come as a pair this cost £60, this morning (Tuesday) the stone has fallen out!!! 3 days after it was pierced!!! He didn’t even get the other spare because the woman messed it up!! So we are £60 down, no stone in his ear and no spare!!! Will definitely not recommend anyone to come here and have it done!! Im not a happy mum!!

Not pushchair friendly, my daughter loves looking around but I have to stay at the door with my littlest in the buggy
