Friendly staff. Took my daughter to get her ears pierced and they were so good with her.

I took my granddaughters to get their ears pierced, the staff were very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters enjoyed their experience and came away with lollipops for their bravery.

We had an amazing member of staff helping us with baby's tiny daisy ear piercing today, she was so brilliant, they both were, thank you so much, you're a credit to your brand

Awful customer service from the 2 girls working mid day on sunday rudelly interupted and started talking to another customer whilst i was being served
was looking at the jewellery cabinet only to find the sales asisstant moving it round and round serving someone else
scanned earing and they tilled through more then the sticker on the packet was told its a stickering error

I took my 2-year-old daughter to have her ears pierced. Renata and her colleague were both very friendly and professional. They did a great job engaging my daughter and making her feel at ease. As a result, there were hardly any tears. They even gave her a lollipop for her bravery. Thank you.
