Love this place but more efforts should be done to reduce the price: the neighboring Ralph Lauren outlet shop is more aggressive when it comes to discounts and Tommy should follow their footsteps as it is two fairly similar brands for similar adult public and similar style/quality and above all this week s and outlet shop

Be careful of shopping in here the staff clearly can’t add up! Bought all this which anyone can add comes to £150 but got charged £225!!! Sort your staff out and send em back to school!!!

I bought a sweater in this store but when I went to pay the guy to take the alarm off the sweater it broke ... and there was no other for my number, I was annoyed !! Although he apologized but could be nicer !! I was very disappointed!!

Very good place, smelt nice and very good clothing options. One of the cashiers offered me a bag for a shoe box from a different store which was very kind.
