Outstanding Service

Xmas Eve - Accessorize is always very busy.
Yet when purchasing 2 small inexpensive items staff still took the time to wrap them beautifully.
These pictures don’t really give the justice they deserve.

Very disappointed today after travelling quite
a way to Worcester Accessorize to return items bought online but delivered damaged only to find shop closed " temporarily " , why didn't it say this on website ? ? Would have saved me a wasted journey !
