Terrible customer service from a Westfield Claire's store employee. I had to contact them after I had been charged double for an online order I collected from their store.
The lady on the phone was not helpful at all, told me I should call customer service and when I asked for the number she said that she didn't have it. Before I could say thank you, she hang up to my face!
Really disappointing, I love Claire's products, but I doubt I will be going back to the Westfield store after that.

This experience was very disappointing, I had called previously trying to book an appointment to get my brothers ears pierced for his birthday the lady on the phone said I don’t need to book as along as I come before 20:30 which I did. During this time of the year it is Ramadan Iftar was at 20:20. I specifically asked previously if I could come and they lady in store refused my brothers service even though I spoke to her on the phone. Very poor and disappointing. She wasn’t considerate at all very abrupt with her tone. Won’t be coming back! Do NOT RECOMMEND!!

just got my ears pierced by Eesha! (hope I spelt it right lol) she was absolutely brilliant! quick and painless. only downside is that the piercings are a little pricey. but very happy with the service.

Would not recommend for piercings. Over priced and uneven piercing. Every time she would place the mark it would be uneven for every single person in line. Not surprised considering they practise on a piece of card board.

Busy but clean and well-stocked Claire’s. Has all the typical Claire’s styles and stock, and an ear-piercing station.

We went to have my daughters ears pierced. She is 10 and has wanted to get them.pirced for a while but has been nervous. We were assisted by Beth and the store manager who were absolutely amazing and so very patient with my daughter. Beth took her time and made sure we were happy before proceeding. Cant fault them. Thank you
