I would rather not give it any stars as I left feeling that they didn't care at all for their customers. I spent a lot of money there yesterday and more today. I tried to exchange some earrings (only cheapy ones) since the back of one of them was broken and they made such a fuss and song and dance about it that eventually I requested my money back. This obviously was not acceptable to them at all and they were rather sullen with me. I thanked them for their help but at no point did they apologise for the faulty goods nor for my inconvenience or disappointment. As far as goodwill went there was none!

Nice staff lady helped me find a suitable bag. Difficult colouring to match an outfit it had to match. Couldn't have been more helpful.
