Can't thank Michelle enough for taking time out today to peirce my daughters ears after being let down elsewhere! Took her a lot of courage to do it today and she massively helped with that and was very good with her. Great service thank you

Currently at writing this review though the shop looks a little sparse with not alot in it ....

I have not actually shopped in this store yet so I cannot comment on the shopping experience. My negative review is regarding the ear piercing. I had an appointment for 3 days before going. 2 hours before the appointment they rang up to cancel because they didn't have any after care cleaning solution. This upset my daughter and me to be honest. The employee who phoned me was polite and courteous but still ruined our plans. Hopefully in future they will make sure they have enough stock.

Took my daughter for her ear piercing and she was very nervous as she had suffered a traumatic event with her first piercing leaving her no choice but to have them removed so this was the second time for her first earrings, Maz was absolutely amazing!!! So patient and understanding and made the whole
experience much more pleasurable than expected and reasurred her the whole step of the way! Outstanding service, thank you so much!

Staff are friendly & chatty, managed to pick up something in the sale 🙂 There was a good variety of stock from hair wear to handbags & flip flops

Its, you know, a fashion accessory shop. But one thing this close to Christmas it was quite busy and i was impressed to see there seemed to be no stock on the floor. You know how shops can get when they are busy, customers knocking stuff everywhere, this one stayed very tidy

Really nice products. Although I do wish there were more sales.
The working service though is really nice andi like having a bit a small chat too ease of my anxiety.
