Step daughter had ears pierced 1 week ago. Earrings far too small and clipped very tightly. Ear lobe has an angry red hole caused by the ball on the end of the earring.

Fantastic experience , my sister had her ears pierced here she was very excited , Claire the member of staff went through all the procedures and after care with Us , had a laugh and giggle while she worked such a lovely welcoming atmosphere.

I found the items overpriced for what you get. Looked elsewhere for gifts.

Awfull, waited to pay for ages as the member on staff was to busy looking for shop lifters I just walked out. Staff your shops probably claires.

Shortly after opening today(Xmas eve) I was the only customer in store and I waited at the till with what I wanted to buy, but was ignored by the young lady working for a long period of time. She acknowledged me but instead chose to ignore and continue to do what she was doing. I then left my product(nose ring) on the till and left. As a customer I shouldn't be chasing the staff. I WAS acknowledged and I was ignored.
This is the 2nd time this week in the same store this has happened. Which makes me beg the question, what type of people are you employing?
Check the cctv and you will see I'm right.
Atrocious customer service and I'm left without something I should have bought.

Ridiculous prices for such little things tbh, rubbish quality and even if you get 3 things for free when you've bought 3 isn't worth it either since the poor quality. The piercers are untrained and unsanitary from what I've heard and I'd recommend a more professional shop to get a piercing done as your guaranteed that they're trained.

Daughter loved buying stuff she didn't need :)
