Great customer service from staff, for my sister, who were wearing face masks. Claire's is a welcoming addition to Beckton.

Very limited range, but it's only a small store

BE CAREFUL HERE. I did shopping with kids in Beckton Claire's, and guess what after paying and going home I found out that item is missing in my bag. Than I checked my receipt and I was charged for all items including missing one. I came back to store and heard only sorry it is common mistake and they had no my email, when they took it when I purchased, on receipt it was displayed clearly. So they had it and they were just expecting that I will not come back. They are trying to trick people in day light and that is for sure a poor customer service ....

I went to go get my nose piercing done at Beckton Claire’s and wanted to give a huge thank you to Nancy. The ladies in the store also made me feel so welcomed. Would definitely be coming again. Wonderful service!

Receptionist at the store is rude and doesn’t know how to behave with the customers.

Booked an ear piercing appointment for my daughter weeks in advance, only to get there and for them to tell me that they have no healing solution so they cannot do the piercing. Ridiculous that they have people traveling in for their appointments even though they know the appointment wont go ahead. A simple email or text notification would have been appreciated.
