Very helpful staff. Very busy abit pricey for what I bought.

Bought a gift card for my daughter on Christmas and staff said there is no booking needed just pop in. However on 26th December we come to shop and and thay said we need to make a booking we made a booking on 2.30pm so we geen hanging around for 2hrs when we turn up at booked time thay said booking is changed to 3.00 pm.
WASTE OF TIME. NOT RECOMMENDED
